Sea fishing

When Eric & Cecelia bought a boat last summer, I suppose it was only a matter of time before it was turned to fishing purposes. After all, we do live in a costal city.
So yesterday morning, not quite at the crack of dawn but still pretty early, Eric and I met for my first fishing expedition. We motored out to just beyond the wind generators, leaving the site of last weekend’s Eurovision contest and the rest of the city in the distance and tried our luck in a few spots, with nothing but the radio, some excellent baked goods from Kihøskh and each other for company.
Six hours later we returned to shore, after Eric’s excellent guidance had led us to catch 4 cod and 1 hornfish. We put them all back, except one fine cod specimen who we’ll enjoy tonight.
Make sure you get out on the water as soon as you can – there really is no finer way to enjoy time in Copenhagen.
