We’re lucky enough to have access to a summer house, only an hour’s drive away from Copenhagen on the west coast of Sjælland, courtesy of Dorte’s aunt and uncle.

It’s a brilliant place that we visited back in April, and got the chance to go back this weekend, this time with Eric, Cecelia, their two dogs Rita and Lucy, and of course Peanut.

The weather was typically autumnal, but that didn’t stop it being a brilliant 48 hours of relaxing, walking, drinking, eating, laughing and shouting ‘nej’ at various dogs. Good times…
